When using Textual Services, you are not anonymous to us. When using the text messaging service, Textual collects your name and phone number. When you register on the Textual application, Textual collects your gender, birthdate, phone number and zip code. Textual collects information about your usage of our text messaging and web services.
Textual uses Personal Information for the following general purposes: to customize the messages you receive, provide you with services, improve the services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
Each message that is sent or received through the Services is stored on our servers. We retain these messages on our servers.
Children
Children should not submit any Personal Information without the permission of their parents or guardians. By using the Services, you are representing that you are at least 18, or that you are at least 13 years old and have your parents’ permission to use the Services.
Our Disclosure of Your Information
Textual does not rent, sell, or share Personal Information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies without your explicit consent except under the following circumstances:
- We provide the Personal Information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Textual under confidentiality agreements.

- We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Textual Services, such as service announcements and administrative messages that are considered part of your Textual account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Information
You can edit your Textual account information at any time via the Textual website.
You may request that we delete your account, and any information associated with your account, but please note that we may be required (by law or otherwise) to retain this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete your information, it will be deleted from the active database but may remain in our archives.
Opting-Out
To opt-out from our SMS service, you can text STOP from your mobile phone and we will unsubscribe you from our SMS text messaging service immediately. You will not receive any additional messages until you re-register.
Please report any spam or other abuse to abuse@textualads.net. In the event that you elect to no longer any messages from any user of the Textual service, you may reply “BLOCK ALL” to any Textual message.

Security
